Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Bankruptcy Ease. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Eligibility and product selection
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for selecting the product you intend to purchase. The Complete Bundle includes both playbooks. AI Companion editions include the matching playbook or playbooks plus a companion ZIP package; the AI Companion is not sold separately.
Product, price, and payment
The products are digital PDF playbooks and, where expressly included, ZIP packages containing an AI skill, templates, reference files, and installation instructions. The price shown in Stripe Checkout is the total product price before any applicable tax. Stripe processes payments; Bankruptcy Ease does not directly receive or store your full card number.
Digital delivery
After successful payment verification, the confirmation page provides private download links for the purchased files. Each link expires after 72 hours and may be used up to three times. Contact info@21cdvgroup.com from the checkout email if a working link is not provided.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, store, print, and use the purchased files for your own personal, noncommercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights do not transfer to you.
You may not share a file or download link, post a file online, resell or sublicense it, distribute copies, remove ownership notices, or use it to create a competing product. Uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted.
Refunds
A refund may be requested within seven calendar days after purchase only if none of the purchased files has been downloaded. Once any included file has been downloaded, the sale is final except where law requires otherwise. See the complete Refund Policy.
Educational information only
The playbooks, AI Companion, and website provide general educational information, not legal advice. They do not create an attorney-client relationship, determine legal strategy, guarantee a deadline or outcome, or replace advice from a licensed attorney.
AI Companion and third-party services
The AI Companion is a portable instruction and reference package for supported AI products. Access to an AI account, subscription, model, storage, or third-party service is not included. Compatibility, availability, usage limits, prices, privacy controls, and outputs are controlled by the AI provider and may change.
You decide whether to upload bankruptcy or financial documents to an AI provider. Review that provider's terms, privacy settings, retention choices, and workspace-sharing settings before uploading sensitive information. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be verified against your court documents and current official sources.
Updates, accuracy, and availability
Laws, court rules, forms, fees, exemptions, procedures, and third-party resources can change. Verify current requirements with official sources before acting. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change prospectively.
Warranty and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and website are provided “as is” without a warranty of a particular legal, financial, or other outcome. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
